Describe three things that make you proud to be a Tupperware Brands Associate?
1. The benefits are great.
2. They care about our work/life balance by providing a fitness facility & classes, on-site walk/run events, running team that participates in events in the community, on-site athletic events such as softball & basketball, healthy cooking demonstrations & events for pets.
3. They support great organizations such as United Way, Boys & Girls Club & Junior Achievement.
What is your greatest memory of working at Tupperware Brands?
I had the opportunity to work with Internal Audit as a guest auditor 3 times. Because of this I was able to travel to Italy, France & Turkey. These were memorable experiences because I was able to travel outside of the US for the first time. Also, I was able to meet (face-to-face) some of the people I correspond with by email. Also, helping with Jubilee and seeing and experiencing the excitement of the sales force is something I will carry with me.
Knowing what you know now, what advice/wisdom would you share with a new associate?
I would tell a new associate to come to work each day with an attitude of doing the best job you can do. Be kind and respectful to others, even if you think they don't deserve it. Also, be flexible.
If you had the opportunity to do it again, what would you do differently and why?
I don't think I would do anything differently. I work with people I respect and who respect me for my talents, abilities and who I am as a person.
