Billy Eubanks
VP Global Procurerment and TPS Products
31.5 Years with Tupperware Brands Corp.
Where were you born?
Aiken, SC USA
What are three words people have used to describe you?
Committed, Dedicated, Ethical
What is your greatest personal achievement?
Changed the focus of Procurement from being an "order taker, order placer" function to a function that can have major impact to the Company and its bottom line.
Describe three things that make you proud to be a Tupperware Brands Associate?
1. The Company's focus on building confidence in it's associates and sales force that ultimately provides them the gateway to be successful.
2. How the Company gives the associates the latitude to use his/her talents to bring out their full potential.
3. The relationships that are built are life-changing and will always be remembered.
What is your greatest memory of working at Tupperware Brands?
I don't think working for a Company for 31 plus years you can have one great memory. Tupperware has been a great Company to work for and has given me the opportunity to build a career in the field I have always had a passion for. Seeing the change in Procurement over the last 30-plus years has to be and will be one of my greatest memories.
Knowing what you know now, what advice/wisdom would you share with a new associate?
Be yourself! Tupperware allows you to use your talents to the fullest. It's up to you to achieve your full potential. In doing so, always remember the importance of sales force and what you can do to impact their success.
If you had the opportunity to do it again, what would you do differently and why?
When looking back over my career at Tupperware, I can't say I would make major changes. My career as well as Procurement has evolved and I see a bright future for Procurement at Tupperware. If I had to choose one area I would do differently, it would be in the area of relationship building earlier on in my career. Relationship building with fellow associates and the sales force is critical.
